hela Sverige As a Field Agent Support And Revenue Specialist your purpose is to improve the position of our agents in the market: setting a fixed competitive exchange rate, being careful in maintaining a competitive exchange rate, providing advertising materials to optimize the image and the presence on the Agent core market, solving doubts or helping them use our Money Remittance platform.
You will be responsible for:
• Attending the clients in the assigned area by phone, trying to solve their doubts and/or problems in a daily basis.
• Monitoring the evolution of the agents: keeping regular contact with them when their activity is diminishing or when we have information about the activity of RIA agent with the competition.
• Assessing the satisfaction of the agent with the company service.
• Doing periodic reports for the Management in order to undertake the right action for the development of it.
• Visiting regularly the agents in their establishments.
Skills:
• The ideal candidate has a minimum level of High School, though a University degree is a plus.
• You must have sales and customer orientation, be an analytical thinker and have an excellent understanding of the exchange rates and its effects over the clients' activity
• Knowledge about "Revenue/Yield management" is highly valued. You need a proficient level in the use of the Windows environment (particularly Excel).
- Excellent command of Swedish and English
• Another language will be highly appreciated.
