Fashion and Content Manager
As Fashion and Content Manager you look back at previous collections to create a pattern of success as well as innovate new collections in order to find the most desirable collections for the users.
This job requires you to have an interest for fashion and trends, as well as wanting to give the users an ultimate experience in the game. You will have a key role in managing the front end of our products, working closely with the engagement team. As well as communicating with and managing the designers illustrating for Stardoll.
As Content Manager, you also coordinate the campaigns and making sure there is an well planned schedule of releases for our user throughout the year that meets the set revenue goals.
Responsibilities
• Plan and decide on collections, for the whole year, that will drive the sales and engagement for our main product Stardoll.com
• Support all products with fashion- and content advice to increase retention, amount of users and profitability
• Daily contact with sales and marketing, copywriter and customer service to develop and improve the game
• Ensure that content production is managed in an optimal way
• Develop and optimize pricing and profitability for content in Stardoll.com
• Support fashion and content pricing in all products
• Ensure that every collection going live meets the quality level that has been set as a goal
• Create monthly reports to Head of Monetization where the previously released collections are evaluated and analyzed as well as suggesting changes and improvements based on that analyze
• Be responsible for deadlines and constantly look for new sales possibilities
Qualifications
• Able to manage high paced work and keep deadlines while maintaining flexibility
• Experienced in independent work where it's necessary to be driven and take own initiatives and ownership
• Project management experience
• Good knowledge in Illustrator, Photoshop as well as technical ability to operate the administrative program within the company
• Experience with styling- and online merchandising is a plus
• Fluent in written and spoken English
Personal Qualities
• Stress-resilient with the ability to work on different projects with strict deadlines
• Ability to see the whole picture whilst working on details
• Be able to look beyond one's own taste since the taste in fashion amongst the users varies greatly

This is a temporary position for a year, covering for a maternity leave until March 2019 with possibility of extension and start date as early as possible. Please apply with your CV and cover letter no later than 26th of January 2018.
