Poolia is recruiting a proactive and project oriented Factory Flows Manager to Danone/Österlenmejeriet in Tomelilla (Lunnarp). The position is full-time and on an entry level.

You will be part of a dynamic company with ambitious growth rate, with the ambition of bringing on the dairy and juice market quality products, combining taste and health benefits. You will be part of a small but focused team, in a friendly and flexible working environment.
The Factory Flows Manager oversees the receipt of the raw and packaging materials, storage and dispatch of finish products in a safe and efficient way. You moblizes the team and set up the right processes and tools to ensure the site's main objectives are met in terms of Safety, Quality, Service, Costs and environment.
The Factory Flows Manager will:
• Together with the Department Manager and Team, ensure that the KPIs will be achieved and tracked.
• Be a part of and a driver in Department's continuous improvement work.
• From a planning and logistic point of view be a driver in ensuring a high service level to our customers.
• Responsible for the smooth running of the site's Warehouse Management System.
• Link with other functions within Supply Chain and plan future capacity requirements.
• Organize the recruitment and training of staff and ensure their development.
• Liaise with Supply Chain functions, Transport Companies as well as with the Costumer Service & Deployment functions.
The position reports to the Factory Planning Manager.
Utbildning/erfarenhet
You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree from University or College, majoring in logistic, supply chain or project management.
We believe that you have 2-5 years relevant experience from a Demand, Supply or Production planning role. It is an advantage if you also have experience from Navision (Dynamics NAV), Project Management and in work with continuous improvements.
Fluency in speaking and writing English and in Swedish is a prerequisite for the position.
You are an experienced Microsoft Office user.
