hela Sverige Facility Asset Management (BEM), within Scania Real Estate Services AB (SRES), is the department responsible for the management of commercial properties of the Scania Group. SRES's management scope covers all major areas such as administration, sustainability, maintenance, and new investments. SRES owns in excess of 300 properties organised in either dedicated legal real estate subsidiaries, or real estate reporting units.
We are looking for a highly motivated person with the ability to manage and develop our facility management function, with main focus on property maintenance, to help Scania deliver on its goals and objectives. Also, you will be our expert providing hands-on operational support to our global organisation. Based in Södertälje but with a global mission!
Work description
You have the functional responsibility for running an efficient facility management program with regard to processes, quality and costs. This work is done in close collaboration with local real estate counterparts in our business units. One major task is to implement processes and routines for maintenance, which is done in conjunction with the implementation of our IT-tool worldwide. With regard to this, you will be our subject matter expert and take a leading role in the implementation. Energy conservation, warranty, and maintenance issues related to investments in new facilities are other areas where your contributions will make a difference.

Frequent travelling is expected. You will report to the Head of Facility Asset Management.
Your profile
University degree from a relevant discipline, and/or extensive experience from property maintenance
Several years ofexperiencefrom a maintenance or production environment, preferably with in-depth knowledge about technical installations (heating, ventilation, electricity)
Project management skills
Fluent in English and Swedish, both spoken and written
Strong IT knowledge and interest in general
People-oriented with drive
Analytical with focus on results
Distinct communication skills
