hela Sverige Volvo Car Group Facility Management's (FM) mission is to enable a disturbance free operation and make life less complicated for all FM Customers and interested parties. FM has the overall responsibility for the delivery of Facility Management services within Volvo Car Group. FM incorporate management of user related services such as cleaning, catering and guarding and property related services such as real estate engineering, property maintenance and operation. FM is also responsible of a number of corporate functions and standards such as Corporate Security, Interior Guidelines and Technical Building Requirements. The team consists of about 80 employees and a large number of bought services. FM operate globally.
FM Gothenburg is responsible for the entire FM delivery in Gothenburg and Hällered. The team in Gothenburg is about 12 people, real estate managers, specialists, project managers and similar. We also work a lot with consultants, for the time being about 30 people.
About the role
As local Electric specialist and project manager you will be a part of Facility Management Gothenburg, and report to the local senior manager. You will be responsible of making investigations, project management and calculations, within your area of expertise.
Main tasks and responsibility
* Responsible for action in Volvo Car Torslanda high Voltage electric net
* Responsible för larger, and smaller electrical projects within the scope of Facility Management in Gothenburg.
* Participate in larger building projects, as electrical specialist.
* Secure that projects are delivered in time, according to standards, local regulations and laws. Be able to handle quick decisions and changed requirements during projects.
* Order and monitor execution and economy for projects and contracts.
* Act as customer and setting demands, both to internal and external functions.
* Making long time maintenance plans within the electrical area of expertise, including budget and calculations.
* Estimate needs of maintenance, make judgements of necessary actions and make suggestions of such actions.
* Cooperate with procured vendor for Hard services and make decisions about needed actions for fault errands.
* Plan and execute reoccuring maintenance work such as service on breakers and relay-testing.
* Plan and execute connections in electrical grid, 400V-10kV
* Knowledge-sharing with other sites in Sweden and the world
What you will bring
* High school degree or bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, or equivalent.
* Experience from project management is a must.
* Experience and knowledge about Volvo Cars high Voltage net I Torslanda
* Around 10 years of experience from practical work with electrical maintenance and electrical grid works or equivalent.
* Around 10 years experience of from practical work with high voltage electrical grids, 10kv-130kV .
* Good knowledge of AB, ABT , ABK.
* Fluent in either Swedish or English, both written and spoken.
* Knowledge of MS Office, Word, Excel, Powerpoint
and what would be meritorious to have
* Experience as manager or leading electrical works on construction site
* Experience from the automotive industry
* Good knowledge of Elprocad and/or other electrical construction software

* High ability to take initiative, and work in cross functional teams
* High ability to work on your own, with responsibility and mandate
* Excellent customer service mindset
