We are looking for you with strong business knowledge in fabrics that want to be part of our journey in strengthening our proactive work with fabric selection and buying to reach the best woven products.
This is a new role, which initially will focus on fabrics for Women's outdoor and work in close cooperation with the Product Team for Everyday outdoor. You will be a key role in our outdoor project and be responsible to build and set the best development and buying process for outdoor fabrics together with supply chain.
To drive this work successfully you will work closely with the product teams, supply chain and travel for development trips, attend fabric fairs and meetings with mills.
Main responsibilities:
• Initiate fabric analyze, develop and secure selection of commercial fabric based on product needs, quality requirements and price levels.
• Support the product teams with the right choice of fabric with respect to product, price and fashion level.
• Together with Supply Chain identify, update and promote deals and consolidation opportunities of fabrics.

• Strong salesmanship and great commercial thinking
• Strong analytic skills and the courage to make decisions
• Clear and communicative with the ability to work cross functional
• Organized and flexible with strong ability to build and set new ways of working based on need
Your professional profile;
• You have a passion for fabrics and extended experience of the fabric process both from a design and production perspective.
• Skilled in trend analysis
• Strong technical fabric knowledge and ability to develop trend-right fabrics at the best price and how to do cost-savings.
• +3 years experience in fabric sourcing and development
