The position includes individual career development, a personal mentor, corporate leadership training and international exchanges in global vehicle programs. Together we will create a clear career target - a project/process lead or managerial position within five years after your programme.
We offer positions within the following system areas:
* Exterior Glass - are responsible for strategy, concept, industrialization and quality world-wide for; windscreens, rearscreens, doorglass, quarter glass and WEM covers
* Exterior Ornamentation - are responsible for strategy, concept, industrialization and quality world-wide for; cappings, a-pillar moulding, rails and emblems.
* Exterior Body Covers & Spoiler - are responsible for strategy, concept, industrialization and quality world-wide for; wheel arch extensions, sill moulding, tailgate/trunklid/active spoiler, door moulding, antenna covers and other exterior décor parts
* Functional Black Trim Floor - are responsible for strategy, concept, industrialization and quality world-wide for; underbody panels, engine undershields, heat shields, wheel arch liners, splash shields, air deflectors and labels
* Functional Black Trim Engine Compartment - are responsible for strategy, concept, industrialization and quality world-wide for; plenum, HWAS, hood absorber, cool zone/battery box, absorbents, fender carrier sealing and thread plates
Your profile
We are looking for design leaders with courage, integrity and excellent communication skills. You enjoy working as part of a team, but you also have the ability to act independently with a holistic view. In addition, we are looking for you who have a great analytical ability and who show commitment and energy.
We put a lot of emphasis on your personal qualities. In order to qualify for a position within the section, we look for people who fulfil the following criteria:

Required qualifications
* BSc in Mechanical Engineering or similar relevant area
* Maximum of three years relevant working experience
* Fluent in English, written and spoken - additional languages are an advantage
* Driving license
