The Expert Treasury accountant role is part of the Financial Accounting team and our aim is to ensure correct accounting in operational deliverables and in new business models as well as working with process improvements in current processes.
What you will do
You 'll be one of three persons working with accounting activities and accounting advices related to the area of Treasury accounting (Treasury/Derivative financial instruments, Inhouse Cash and Cash&Bank). You are continuously working closely with your colleagues locally and globally to make sure you 'll deliver a high quality service within the area of expertise.
Your tasks and responsibilities in this position will be:
* Accounting expert in business projects/new business models relating to Treasury accounting, in close cooperation with Group Treasury
* Involved and responsible for monthly, quarterly and yearly closing activities within the area of Treasury Accounting
* Close cooperation with Group Treasury, Group Accounting and the Cash & Bank and Inhouse Cash team in Madrid in daily business as well as in project matters
* Actively contribute to the improvement and standardization of current processes
You and your skills
To be successful in this role you should have a passion for accounting and need to have a desire and drive for change as well as deliver upon operational requirements. You need to have significant experience working within the area of Treasury accounting including the area of derivative financial instruments and its accounting regulations within a Global Enterprise organization.
For this position, it is also essential that you have excellent analytical and communication skills and you get things done. Further, an interest in the fields of treasury, technology and IT systems in general is important to succeed in this role.
Added to the above you have a University degree in Business Administration (Major in Accounting) or equivalent. In addition, a prerequisite is to be fluent in English and Swedish, verbally and written.
