We are currently looking for am Expert, Consignment Management to join Epiroc Drilling Tool's Global Logistics team in Fagersta. You will report to Manager, Global Inventory Planning and Optimization.
The main responsibilities for the Expert, Consignment Management are to develop consignment stock management concepts worldwide and support contract terms and condition coverage. You will also assist Logistic Area Managers with the implementation of the decided supply chain strategies. In addition, you will be responsible for developing and implementing new technology in order to facilitate corporate stock management.
We are looking for someone who has a strong drive to continuously push for better consignment stock inventory. You also have an interest in developing innovative technical solutions for stock management. You are business minded and have strong interpersonal skills. You enjoy working cross-functionally and cooperate with global stakeholders. Formal requirements:
• University degree in engineering, industrial engineering and management is an advantage
• APICS certificate
• Inventory management knowledge and at least three years' experience from a similar position
• Hands-on experience of consignment management is an advantage
• Technical interest and understanding
• Fluency in English both written and spoken, Swedish is preferred and Spanish an advantage
