We are looking for a Business Application Expert to lead the development and continuous improvements of the Supplier Quality Management IT and Business applications. As a BAE, you will be the SQM responsible lead throughout the Supplier Quality Management team globally.
You will belong to Volvo Car Group's Procurement Unit and report to the SQM Director.
Main Responsibilities
* Develop, implement and maintain World Class Excellency in IT and business applications.
* Execute policy deployment of IT & business applications.
* Act as Technical Expert within this area.
* Lead, educate, train and coach the SQM and purchasing teams.
* Develop and Drive our suppliers and SQM's to adhere to the decided applications.
* Leverage and implement the Volvo Car Group's Best practices.
In order to succeed in this role we believe you have extensive education, experience, competence within this area of It & business applications.
Meritorious is cross-functional experience of Volvo Car Corporation and supplier processes, and/or insights in the plant deliverables in processes within this area.
Required qualifications
* You communicate in and manage the English language very well.
* You have extensive experience of leadership and networking.
* You have a high degree of integrity, social skills and the ability to create long-term relationships with employees, colleagues and stakeholders.
* You are curious to learn and very good of inspire and motivate your surroundings.
* You are structured, strategic, systematic and result oriented.
* You are able to understand and interpreter the Volvo Car Group business needs and opportunities.
