hela Sverige Check Point plans to strengthen the Data Security Escalation Support team and is looking for a Japanese speaking support engineer providing technical assistance on the Checkpoint Endpoint Security products for placement in Sundsvall.
The main tasks include
Providing support for the Check Point Endpoint Security products to our Japanese partners
Ownership of escalations from our 1st and 2nd line engineers
Analysis and recreation of reported problems
Situation handling/ownership, bringing escalation to closure and debriefing parties involved
About You
Fluent in the Japanese and English language and familiar with the Japanese culture.
Expert in troubleshooting and analysing the Check Point Endpoint Security products.
Experienced in configuring and managing hard disks, partitions, file systems and software.
Troubleshooting knowledge on various operating systems; Windows, Linux, Mac
Used to gain understanding of 3rd party products.
Well acquainted with various hardware and the low level PC architecture
At least 4 years experience of similar work. Experienced with business-to-business support and you understand the impact of your work.
Analytical, thorough and used to using e-mail and the phone as tools of your trade.
