www.nasdaqomx.com.We are looking for a skilled and experienced Purchaser to our office in Stockholm. You will manage all aspects of our global procurement and support the global team of specialists with policies, practices and supplier management across all spend categories. You will be part of our team in Stockholm and report to the Global Head of Procurement in the US.
General responsibilities:
• Cultivate key stakeholder relationships with business-unit customers and other internal constituents together with the Global Head of Procurement
• Manage the procurement needs of all business groups, especially technical infrastructure organization, as a thought-partner and problem-solver
• Rationalize supplier mix of Approved and Preferred sources continually, recommending changes when needed to balance risk and exposure while driving savings
• Lead the supplier-selection process though all procurement phases and negotiate all commercial contracts
• Execute cost-, quality-, flexibility-, service- and risk analyses
• Manage supplier performance via key performance indicators and periodic performance reviews to achieve year-over-year improvements
Requirements:
• University degree in a relevant field
• 5-7 years of working experience from corporate procurement, strategic sourcing and supplier & contract management, preferably from an international organization
• A background from IT will be a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Experience from eSourcing or other supplier relationship management systems is a merit
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent language skills in written and spoken English, Swedish is preferred but not mandatory

You are a strategic thinker and like to have a big picture view when you manage your projects. You have a strong ability to work independently and you have excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
