As production manager at Animech you are a key player in your projects with a central role in the project group and client contacts. You manage both large and small projects for clients with the same relentless involvement.
You have experience in running projects in both traditional and digital media. In order to do that you should have leadership skills and know how to support and motivate your team while keeping a firm grip on scheduling and budgeting as well as client requirements.
Stationing in Uppsala or/and Stockholm.
Your Profile
Our wish list is quite long, but if you recognize yourself, we will get along just great.
You have:
• a good understanding of both print and digital media work flows, including their respective possibilities. Experience in film and animation is a bonus.
• previously worked with international clients and are accustomed to communicating with clients in English. Knowledge in German is a huge bonus.
• great skills in building long-term client relationships.
• great leadership skills and a natural gift for supporting and motivating a team.
• a structured approach to your work and are accustomed to being in control of schedules, budgets and also client requirements and preferences.
• have an eye for detail and can keep many projects going simultaneously.
• no problem with working in project-accounting software.
• have several years experience as a production manager.
Your responsibilities
As Production Manager you manage people, information, logistics and finances of the operational elements of a project. You're a driving force handling both internal and external resources and assist your project team in a manner that guarantees productions running smoothly on budget, on time.
You are responsible for:
• billing, procurement, purchasing.
• proof-handling and anticipating production problems.
• cooperating with and report to the project manager.
• follow-up on budgets, resource utilization and reporting of discrepancies.
• records and correspondence with clients being held in accordance with our procedures.
• monitoring the client's feedback and comments and make sure their views are taken into consideration.
• budgeting and purchases to be administered within the boundaries of our project accounting system.
