There are four children in the family, 5, 3 (twins) and 1 years old. The Nanny will have sole care of the 1 year old boy during weekdays. The three older children attend preschool until 3.00 PM whereafter the Nanny will have shared care for the children together with a parent, grand parent or with the family's part time nanny. The working hours are 8.00 AM to 7.00 PM weekdays. Weekends and evenings as per separate agreement. Flexibility and willingness to adapt to the family lifestyle is important.
The family is looking for someone warm, engaging and energetic, active as well as developmentally and educationally focused. The family wants someone who can stimulate their children's interests, be creative with activities, outings, etc. Nursery duties are required.
The family travels regularly during school holidays and may take the Nanny with them.
Extensive experience from similar positions is required as well as excellent checkable references. The Nanny needs to have driver's license valid in Sweden and must be non-smoker. Being discreet and respectful of family privacy is essential. Excellent English (mother tongue level) and well-spoken is highly valued.
