We specialise in complex assignments and offer our customers excellence in development and integration of systems and attributes for complete vehicles.
Position description
We are looking for an experienced Simulation Engineer within the area of automotive Energy Management. As an Energy Simulation Engineer you will work in cross functional teams and play a central role in project development work.
LeanNova has developed a generic Vehicle Energy Model based on MATLAB/Simulink, and this will be your main simulation tool. You should be able to independently build complete vehicle models of various vehicle architectures, energy reduction technologies and control strategies and to interpret results and propose vehicle design / control improvements is also an important part of the job.
To be successful in this position, you have good knowledge in propulsion systems, both conventional and electrical. Experience from working with complete vehicle fuel/energy consumption and performance simulations is qualifying.
Through great commitment, strong interpersonal skills and a desire to share your knowledge with less experienced colleagues, you create the right conditions for delivery, collaboration and enhancing the simulation skills and tools of the LeanNova Propulsion and Energy Management team.
You will mainly be working inhouse with turnkey projects, but there are also possibilities to work on site at our customers in Sweden or abroad.

Skills & Requirements
• M.Sc in Automotive, Mechanical, Electrical, or Physics Engineering
• At least 5 years work experience from automotive engineering, related to energy management of complete vehicle or powertrain
• Good knowledge of MATLAB/Simulink
• Fluent in English, written and spoken

• Desire to develop technical and personal skills with high level of motivation and a positive attitude.
