hela Sverige We are now looking for a new IT Support Technician to join our Nordic operations. In this position you will enter a fast paced Global IT team supporting the business organization with all IT related tasks in the Nordic region and become the key person for providing the hands on support for all Client Service related manners. You will work with creating a positive ambiance to provide high level service. By representing the IT department in all communications, you will ensure that all requests are forwarded to the proper execution level and all operational activities are executed or escalated.
• Run and communicate local technical service desk and support operation
• Act on first level and escalates/delegates according to policies and best practices
• Support infrastructure related work and act as local competence for all infrastructure related activities, also as local hands for Global or 3rd party services (networks, server or storage maintenance, database or VMware service, etc)
• Support telecommunications and audio-visual (AV) systems, meeting room setup and network configuration (e.g. patching)
• Ensure overall IT systems stability and provide support and solution when necessary
• Recommend and carry out enhancements in line with Coty Global IT directives
• Support the IT manager and contribute to specific projects and implementation
• Work closely with peers, global and regional, local outsourcers, participates actively and jump into gaps if identified
• Consult, collaborate and establish effective networks with key global IT teams
• Implement Global IT policies, standardize local procedures, practices and documentation
• Follow the IT governance process, license renewals and contract discussions
• Ensure necessary training, education and support is provided to end users
• Manage relationship with outsourcers and third party providers along with the relationship with business leadership on site
Key qualifications and experience
• Relevant IT qualifications at degree level or equivalent practical experience
• 3 - 5 years' experience in IT support, infrastructure and similar roles
• Fluency in English both written and spoken
• Fluency in Swedish and a ITIL certification are considered as an advantage

• Capable of establishing influential and collaborative relationships at various organizational levels as well as external parts
• Ability to execute when tides are high
• Pro-active team player with a creative, problem-solver mindset
• Capable of supporting high level of operational activity with a 'hands on' management style
The role will include maximum 25% of business travelling in the region.
