hela Sverige Visa alla jobb hos West Coast Bryggeri AB i Göteborg The purpose of this position is to lead, manage and develop the Production capability of the Brewery. On a day to day basis this role manages the activities of the Production Team and the Production operations.
Self-motivated with a positive enthusiastic attitude and very delivery oriented.
Credible with good interpersonal, negotiation, communication and influencing skills.
Able to lead others in a production environment.
Organised, analytical and able to work in a fast moving, flexible production environment whilst maintaining a service culture approach.
A good understanding of all technical matters relating to the beer brewing industry.
Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
Must have worked as a brewer for 5 years.
Experience of a similar type role for at least 3 years.
Hands on experience of bottling and kegging in the beer industry.
Experience of working structured stock control environment.
Ideally experience of Continuous Improvement methodologies and tools in a real world production environment.
Experience of managing people in a production environment.
Able to demonstrate a mechanical ability to maintain, fix and improve a brewing environment.
Ideally experience of predictive and preventative maintenance methodologies would be an asset
West Coast Bryggeri, trading as West Coast Beersmiths, have been producing high quality craft beers since the end of 2015. We mainly sell to the Gothenburg and Swedish market but have recently started exporting. We also produce for the contract brewing market both to ghost breweries and other outlets.
The vision of West Coast is to be seen as a leader in the Swedish Craft Brewing industry making high quality beers in a wide range of styles that consumers can enjoy 'at that moment'. We also want to be constantly learning and having fun.
Varaktighet, arbetstid
Able to work evenings and weekends to meet business needs. This could be due to Production or Sales / Marketing requirements. Work outside of normal working hours is required in this role.
