Job description
As the executive secretary and personal assistant (PA) you will work closely with our CEO to provide administrative support, usually on a one-to-one basis. You will help our managers to make best use of their time by dealing with primarily secretarial and administrative tasks. In order to do this with required quality you need to gain extensive knowledge of the organization and need to know who key personnel are (both internal and external). Our CEO rely heavily on his PA, trusting that work will be handled efficiently - even in his absence. Discretion, efficiency,proactivity and openness are essential attributes to become successful. You are likely to be the first point of contact with people from both inside and outside the organization.

Among other things your main tasks will consist of:

• Devising and maintaining office systems
• Arranging travels
• Screening phone calls and e-mails
• Organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments
• Organizing contact details
• Organizing meetings
• Taking minutes
• Carry out background research
• Producing documents and presentations including translation from Swedish/Danish to English
• Liasing with customers, suppliers, staff and other business relations

You may also have your own personal responsibilities.

Your profile
For this position it is required that your theoretical and practical background support the job description. It is of great importance to Everfresh that you are committed to our core values. In order to become successful within this position, being well organized, service minded and flexible is key. You are experienced and highly skilled in the MS Office suite (primarily Word, Powerpoint and Outlook). Within this position it is also required that you are able to communicate fluently in Swedish and English. Additionally good knowledge of Danish is preferred.
