We are now looking for an Executive Assistant to the Managing Directors of Fazer Food Services and Fazer Food Services Sweden.
Your main task is to provide high level administrative support that involves calendar maintenance, scheduling meetings and events, travel management, managing information requests, preparing materials and responding to general queries. Your role is vital in interacting and co-operation with different parts of the organization.
To be successful in this position, you have extensive administrative experience and a Bachelor degree in administration. You are a structured planner, flexible and solution-oriented team worker, who enjoys working in a high-paced environment. Your approach is dynamic and efficient in front of new tasks and projects. You communicate fluently in both written and spoken Swedish as well as in English. Any Finnish skills are considered as an advantage. Your IT skills are on good level and you are eager to learn and use new IT systems.
