Strong & creative negotiation skills

A strong client list and network within e-commerce, Affiliate Marketing, Performance Marketing.

What:
We are seeking a strong Business Development Manager to join our team. You will be working closely with Arjun (Business Development Director) and Jenna (Head of Engagement) in selling the Juni product. Establishing the initial install base for Juni in across our clients globally. Both by converting early beta site sign-ups to customers and by building new deals with marketers and media buyers. Working closely with key stakeholders across the company, you will be responsible for establishing a clinical sales pipeline, negotiating and building the funnel for deals. This is a hands-on position in a company expecting to go through fast growth, and fast-growing market.

Responsibilities:
In this role you'll be:
Close customers to the Juni platform and follow up on leads that come from other Juni crew members
Proactively develop and close clinical deals by leveraging personal and professional networks
Attend (for now) online events that drive new business, eventually, you will join in-person events.
Present the Juni product and technology to potential clients
Meet or exceed sales targets agreed with leadership
Forecast and report regularly to the senior management team
In collaboration with the Marketing team, introduce new products and services to clients, ensuring positive outcomes against the strategic plan
Proactively identify sales pipeline risks and develop mitigation plans
Serve as a voice of the customer of all challenges/opportunities that exist within their areas
Ensure compliance in our sales process

Requirements:
Within 1 month you'll:
Engage with the funnel of leads, and reach out to prospective customers.
Understand how Juni works, get integrated with your team and hit the ground running when it comes to your role.
Sign up your first Juni customer

Within 3 months you'll:
Continue to sign up customers, by now you're on an unstoppable roll!
Other crew members say they're learning a lot and are more productive because of you, you're firing on all cylinders and identifying ways we can improve processes!
Have helped us go to market much quicker - our velocity has increased significantly

Within 6 months you'll:
You'll identify new tools / methods / sales processes that work best.
You'll be charging up for a great end of the year pipeline. And defining our big sales strategy for 2022
