Job description
Our customer is an growth company that operates with high standards and professionalism. In your role as project manager, your most important task is to be our customer's liaison to its stakeholders including local contractors, the municipality, international partners and others involved in scaling the business. The work will be multifaceted and will require your full dedication.
You will work closely with the management team and also independently on smaller projects that you will be running. As an Executive Project Manager you will be a key part of the company's growth in the area. You will have experience in the local market and a network of contacts.
To succeed in the role you will be a social and outgoing person.
You enjoy the role of being the, "spider in the web" and you know how to act in any given situation. You have a few years of leadership experience and you are driven by encouraging your colleagues to excel.
You have excellent attention to detail, and also know how to see the bigger picture. You are not afraid to take initiative, get involved and get your hands dirty.
Qualifications
Desirable skills:
• Experience in tech and/or operations
• A number of years of leadership experience
• Fluent English, spoken and written
• Experience of Swedish regulations
In this role we are looking for a high performance, and we're more interested in your ability to perform than your formal qualifications.
