Transfer Pricing
We are looking for driven, analytical, and entrepreneurial individuals to join our Transfer Pricing Team. Transfer pricing is a multi-faceted / multi-functional discipline in which economics, financial analysis, business, accounting, and tax merge. Transfer pricing refers to the pricing of cross-border transactions between companies within the same multinational group. Our work involves analyzing the value chains of multinational groups to ensure that taxation is aligned with value creation.
JOB DESCRIPTION
We are currently seeking a senior consultant with three to fours years of experience in transfer pricing and/or tax, preferably have worked in a consulting firm. This individual may have an educational background of economics, law, accounting or similar, to join our Transfer Pricing Team to work in a team/project-based environment.We are in an expansion phase and are therefore looking for additional members for our team in Stockholm.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to continue your career in respect of transfer pricing and further develop your transfer pricing and international tax knowledge. In addition, you will be leading compliance projects with the associates therefore offering you the opportunities to develop managerial skills. You will also have plenty exposures to business restructuring, transfer pricing planning, mergers and acquisitions projects.
Responsibilities include acting as the first level reviewer on projects that have an associate and being able to answer questions that they may have on a daily basis. You will also be communicating with clients directly from time to time and be responsible for functional interviews with clients.
The start date is flexible, but preferably as soon as possible.
QUALIFICATIONS
* Master of Science degree (or similar) in business, economics, finance, accounting, or international tax law preferred.
* Strong analytical abilities.
* Demonstrate a high level of leadership skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Swedish and English.
* Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Works well in team-based environments.
* Attention to detail, the ability to balance multiple projects at the same time, and a willingness to work hard.
