As Exchange Specialist you will be working with our Enterprise customers who have entrusted us with delivering mission critical information and communication technology services for the benefit of their business.
You will be working with our customers and project teams, advising them on key architectural decisions concerning the platform and the supporting technologies and ensuring that all work streams are aligned with company and IT compliance standards. Providing management and support for the day-to-day operations, monitoring, and on-going maintenance of enterprise-wide Exchange infrastructure services are part of your daily schedule.
Responsibilities also include:
Analyze and resolve technical issues with Exchange servers and technical configurations. Signing off system requirements, identifying resources and estimating timelines for project completion. Producing and documenting technical architectures that are modifiable, dependable and scalable. Work cross-functionally as a key contributor to the overall success of a global dynamic IT function to participate in projects from concept to deployment. Manage the planning, development, design, validation and implementation of assigned projects, including scope, work breakdown, schedules, budget and delivery.

To be eligible for this role we see that you have expertise in the following area requirements:
• Office 365 - AD/DNS - ADFS - Exchange 2010/2013/2016 - PowerShell (Exchange, AD) - MS Server 2008/2012/2016
To succeed as our new Exchange Specialist, we see that you also have knowledge in the following areas:
• PKI Solutions - Exchange 2010/2013/2016 Migration Projects - 3 rd party Archiving for Exchange - Integration of 3 rd party products to Exchange/AD (Ex. Attach view/Exclaimer) - VMware - SQL (2008/2012) - VB Scripting - Load Balancing Systems (Ex. Kemp, F5) - TCP/IP Networks - SCOM
