Now we are looking for an European Business Development Manager for our Huawei business unit!

Areas of responsibility include:
You will be responsible of the developing the operational, tactical and strategic interface towards Huawei in Europe, making sure that Pedab & Huawei strengthen the relationship in each applicable local market.

Primary tasks:
• Ensuring that Pedab has the correct local interface towards our vendor.
• Ensuring the Pedab has the correct eco-system of partners to support our business and vendor.
• Help develop the sales strategies to ensure Pedab continues to grow with Huawei.
• Ensure a well-structured plan on how to achieve a breakthrough with Huawei on new markets.
• On-Boarding of new partners into the Huawei eco-system and programs.
• Drive business development with Huawei locally as well as centrally in China.
• Lead development and implementation of account plans on mutual strategic customers.
• Monitor competitors' activity and ensure that appropriate response strategies are formulated and implemented.
• Create added value and synergies by ensuring a coordinated sales approach and coordination of internal and/or external resources.

Candidate Profile:
• 7+ years experience in a Chinese based company with technology focus; past business development management experience is a plus
• 2+ years experience from the IT industry in the Nordics or Europe
• Fluent in Mandarin Chinese & English
• Strong and established relationship with IT partners in the Nordics or Europe
• A deep understanding of IT partners business, and how to position and make a breakthrough with a new vendor at them is essential.

• A team player, but with the leadership skills and power of initiative to implement business plans and spark people's motivation and buy-in of that plan.
• Ability to manage, influence and build relations with stakeholders from a variety of functions at every level of a company.
• Ambitious and self-going that thrives in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment. The ability to see and grasp opportunities with such an environment and market is crucial.
