Re-designing the Order to delivery (O2D) flow to make it more stable, transparent and lean is one of the Scania top priorities. A lot of work has been done recently to stabilize our flows short term and we are now moving to the more long-term task to re-designing the entire flow. A vital part of that is to ensure that we have a modern, robust and future proof processes, information and system landscape for that flow. This is a change management journey that involves large parts of our company - dealers and distributors around the world as well as central functions. The responsibility of driving the O2D system journey is placed with Presales and Sales readiness (KJ) at Sales & Marketing.
KJP, E2E O2D Business Architecture, has the accountability to set the future business architecture and system landscape - the blueprint - for O2D and to define the roadmap from the as-it to the to-be state.
We are now looking for an ERP process owner to lead the global and cross functional assignment of establishing and E2E and ERP based Order process.
About the role
This is a non-managerial leadership role where you will have the responsibility to lead the design and to be the expert in securing the E2E ERP order process. Reassuring an E2E process over the Industrial (SAP) and Commercial (Dynamics 365) parts of Scania that gives transparency and traceability of the flow object throughout the O2D flow.
In your assignment you are expected to have a good collaboration with other processes leads to secure that process interfaces are clear and that Order capabilities support business targets within Scania and Traton Group.
You will work with central and local subject matter experts to reassure that their needs and the changes within their domain are managed.
You will be a part of a team consisting of other ERP process owners, business and information architects and master data managers within Order 2 Delivery. The extended team will also include cross-functional subject matter experts and key users from different organisations within Scania.
Your profile
As a person you are a self-driven curious team player with strong collaborative and analytical skills and enjoying the challenge of solving complex structures and deliverables.
You have leadership experience preferably within the area of business and process development.
You have a good understanding of business possibilities through the utilisation of consistent processes, information and solutions. You have experience from working with ERP processes from both, or either of, SAP and Dynamics 365. You possess good presentation and communication skills and enjoy working in and contributing to an environment where team success is key.
You have a degree in computers science or other equivalent degrees or work experience for the job and are fluent in English.
