In this role you will with the rest of team be engaged with development and maintenance of different system solutions and processes. We have several interesting projects ahead of us, mainly our S/4Hana journey, transforming our own ways of working into Agile, and also, the building of a new Robotics Campus here in Västerås! As ERP Functional Analyst at ABB, you play an important role in the SAP set up as well as how to make efficient use of our ERP system. Our team act as a center of expertise in developing and maintaining our SAP solutions and processes for all Swedish SAP users. We have around 15 local projects per year, and around 1500 changes, and our team provides different levels of support: Mainly on requirement specification, solution design review, and for larger projects, migrations and cutover strategies. You will be the connection between Business Power Users and our AMS provider. Most importantly is that you are experienced and can guide these vendors as well as the Business Stakeholders.

Your responsibilities
Define, develop and implement improved ABB's business processes.
You act as coordinator/Project Manager/SPOC between Business Stakeholders and external vendors/AMS providers. You can work both as Scrum Master, Product Owner or Functional Analyst in agile projects.
You translate Global Data requirements into system set up based on you a deep understanding of SAPs capabilities within different logistics module such as SD, PP and MM.
This role requires a good balance of technical skills, understanding of production processes, and strong communication abilities to effectively liaise between different departments and stakeholders.
Your background
Detailed knowledge of one or several modules (SD, PP or MM) within SAP, Cross-module knowledge is preferred.
B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Engineering, Data, Logistic or similar acquired knowledge.
5 years of work experience with SAP ECC.
Understanding of business processes.
Fluency in English and Swedish is important to be successful in this role.
To be eligible for this position, it is a requirement to have a valid work permit in Sweden.
