Are you a supportive and communicative Business Analyst experienced in implementation processes? If you are ready to take on a new challenge and the next step in your career, then we might be looking for each other.
You will be a part of the Corporate IT ERP Deployment Team focused on implementing a common ERP system (Infor ERP LN Cloud suite) across various JBT businesses as defined by the executive leadership team.
Your main responsibilities in this role will be:
• Support the Corporate IT ERP Deployment Team as we roll out Infor ERPs to JBT businesses in a rolling release as approved by the Steering Committee
• Responsible to lead process review from each site's legacy system to the new ERP.
• Work with end users to support organization change management so processes can be changed/adapted to system requirements.
• Lead each site through data cleansing activities to clean up data in legacy systems so a smooth transition is possible.
You will also analyze key master data, codes, parameters, and settings in the system. As a Business Analyst, you will also provide training and troubleshooting support to sites on the use of the ERP system.

The ERP system touches all aspects of the business and often requires process change for every site. It is important that this role be able to handle the interpersonal relationships with users at every site, who have mixed skills, and mixed motivations to help them through the change management process.
To be successful in this position we believe that you are service-minded and have a very strong customer focus. It is also important that you have ability to resolve difficult disputes without losing relationships or spending company resources unnecessarily.
We believe that you have following experience and knowledge:
* At least 5 years of work experience with Infor Cloud Suite Industrial Enterprise/LN products preferred.
• Expert level experience in Excel, Word, and Visio.
• Good functional understanding/experience with following modules: Manufacturing, Logistics, Warehousing, Service, Projects and/or Finance.
• Experience supporting implementation and organizational change management dynamics required.
