Main Task
Handling of Customer Support Requests and all kinds of questions from application developers, testers, solution integrators, and sales personnel related to the CPP platform
Troubleshooting
Providing on-call support outside working hours (according to support schedule)
Providing on-site support
REQUIRED COMPETENCE:
Bachelor degree in technology, Industrial Engineering
Experience in telecoms
Strong knowledge and long experience with 3G WCDMA and 4G LTE
Specialize in product of Ericsson for Core, Access, Radio and TMS network
Strong troubleshooting and integration skills for CPP nodes e.g RNC, NodeB, eNB
Strong Linux/Unix skills
Strong IP skills
Fluent English (both oral and written)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a responsible manner
Ability to handle stress
Supportive personality
Requirements
Minimum 10 years Experience required
Knowledge of other telecom-grade and/or cluster operating systems;
Experience in software maintenance;
Experience in Linux/Unix system administration;
Experience in team leading
Experience in software testing and verification,
Knowledge of telecom core network
