hela Sverige Join our rapidly growing Business Advisory team and lead the digital business transformation for clients with an international outlook based in the Gothenburg region; a hot market for IoT and digitalization. We are looking for an entrepreneurial Business Designer who will help our clients to capture the opportunities of the connected world.

We are now continuing our rapid growth of the Business Advisory team at Cybercom in Gothenburg. We are looking for people who love working with business and product strategy - someone who can inspire and guide groups to concrete results. Cybercom offers challenges with complex problems in exciting projects within the connected world. What we offer?
You will be a part of our successful Advisory team in Gothenburg where we mix competences in our team deliveries with business designers, service designers, innovation leaders and UX designers. You can look forward to continuously developing our offers and methodologies. You will get the chance to work within different industries and help them to grapple with some of the most important strategic challenges and opportunities.
You will work with tasks such as:
• Obtaining business and product strategies that are enabled by, for example, IoT and digitalization.
• Selling our Advisory Service offer to both new and existing clients.
• Leading and inspiring groups at management level and the individual teams delivering on innovation and business development.
• Keeping yourself up to date on news and trends within digitalization, digital transformation, business development, business modeling, innovation and other things that you are interested in.
• Knowledge transfer to the rest of the organization.
• Taking part in developing the methodologies of the Cybercom Advisory offer.

Who are you?
As a person you are driven and brave, motivated by challenges and have a big innovative ability. You've proven your entrepreneurial spirit, are not afraid to get in contact with new and existing clients and you are able to sell our Advisory Service offer with pride. You are humble and understand how you should act in order to guide our clients in the transformation that will affect the whole business model. You are communicative and can hold a lecture in an educational way in order to visualize offers for CEO's, product-, development- or marketing directors. You will work in a team that will deliver the highest quality possible which means you have good cooperation skills and a strong business drive where you constantly see new opportunities and improvement potential.
You have worked earlier with business- and product strategies that use digital capabilities. You have experience in applying Lean Startup, Design Thinking or similar in real cases and you are daily using visual tools like BMC, VPC, customer journeys or similar.
