Ericsson Group IT's enterprise architecture team play a key role in this business transformation. We are now looking for an Enterprise IT Architect to join our team and help us in this journey.

Our Great Opportunity - Enterprise IT Architect
This position in our team will have its main focus on the Data Architecture, Data Management and Data-tooling capability-level of the Group-Wide Ericsson IT landscape. You will be guiding and mentoring solution architects & digital product owners within Analytics, AI/ML and Automation teams in how their architecture designs should be crafted to align with the target IT architecture - An IT architecture that we as a collaborative architecture team are defining.
What you will do
Analyze business strategies to assess their IT architecture impact and develop architecture transition blueprints and roadmaps, outlining the way to target state.
Influence and share architectural good practices within the Ericsson Group by providing high-level design recommendations as well as usable guardrails in the form of architectural principles/instructions and solution patterns to be used in solution design and engineering.
Monitor ground-breaking IT trends and technologies understanding how/if they could fit into our IT landscape to accomplish a competitive business advantage.
Be part of our architecture review board to assess proposed solution alternatives.
On a day-to-day basis support strategic projects by being their sponsoring enterprise architect, ensuring an overall IT landscape consistency.
You will bring
A proven experience as an enterprise- or senior/lead solution-architect: In Analytics and of AI-based operations tools (RPA bots and BPMS). In Data Management, Analytics, AI-based operations tools (RPA, OCR, NLP, Cognitive AI, BPMS & low code platforms). And experience of deployed such solutions in hybrid- and multi-cloud environments. This to understand the day-to-day challenges of solution architects and lead designers you will guide in this role.
A "bi-lingual ability" to connect with both non-techy senior leaders for decision making as well in-depth technical domain specialists for insightful subject discussions.
An attitude of an innovative IT architect with an outside-in perspective and thought leadership abilities, carefully balancing any architectural compromises between short-term value realizations and long-term target alignment.
A way of working that seek collaboration as the path to long term success and you demonstrate ownership and do the right thing even when it takes courage to do so.

This is a fulltime, permanent position within Ericsson Group IT. Our primary and preferred location is Stockholm/Kista. Other possible locations are: Linköping, Borås or Göteborg.
