We are looking for an Enterprise Architect in our global Corporate IT function - Business Application & Architecture, part of the function Operational Excellence. The focus of the role is to lead the work in developing the information/enterprise architecture framework and act as the final instance of reviewing significant changes to the IT landscape. You also own the objective of modernizing and developing the integration landscape by securing that integrations are built in a technically sound manner, aligned with Etteplan's business strategy. You have documented experience of bridging business and IT by eliciting requirements and leading development activities driving them through the process of change, to maximize business value around integrations and business systems. You keep a strong master data perspective and strive for reuse of data cross processes as well as connecting and automating business processes. While you will need to dig down into the technical aspects of a solution, it is your ability to understand business needs, complex relationships and visualize them that is the most crucial. Being curious to grasp an as-is situation, imagining the could-be and communicating it to other stakeholders comes naturally to you. Position is located in Lahti, Tampere, Espoo or Västerås.

The main responsibilities for the Enterprise Architect include the following areas:

• Own the procedure of documenting and visualizing requirements in larger development projects.
• Cooperate closely with Solution Managers to ensure solution harmony.
• Secure data integrity and security in the system landscape.

This description is a summary of principle responsibilities and is not intended to include all duties, which may be assigned.

Qualifications and Experience
• B.Sc., M.Sc or similar relevant education.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong sense of ownership and responsibility of personal development through acquiring knowledge and learning new things.
• Experience from similar responsibilities with English as working language is a requirement.
• 5 years of experience with system development, requirements analysis and enterprise/integration architecture.
• Documented experience in replacing global and cross-process business applications.
• Experience of Azure Integration Services is a benefit.
• A strong mindset of business-driven IT development.
• High level of visualization skills.

We are looking for an ambitious person with a structured and analytical way of working. Being service-minded, having the ability to plan and act both long- and short term is required. Need for travel is occasional.

Last day to apply for this position is January 20.
Please send your application and CV in English as soon as possible since we are reviewing the applications continuously.
