We are looking for Enterprise Architects to join our IT-Division, Business Support Functions (BSF). We deliver IT solutions worldwide to Finance & Accounting, Interior/Expansion & Visual, Sustainability, HR, Controlling and Communication & Press. We are supporting the expansion and sustainable work of H&M. Our solutions also keep track of the financial results of the group, managing our key resource the Employee, provide information to the Press, as well as managing our workforce in stores and warehouses.
In this role as an Enterprise Architect you will be an important factor in ensuring that we apply innovative thinking and new technology to develop the best solutions for our business.
You'll be responsible for the architecture of one or several of these service areas. and have a key role as the link between IT and Business being responsible that our system landscape meets the future business needs. Together with different stakeholders you drive the overall architecture, creating sustainable solutions in a global complex IT-environment. Another responsibility is to ensure that the enterprise architecture and guidelines are followed when new solutions are evaluated.
As an Enterprise Architect, you are an important part of the management team for the service area and you will be leading and coaching your colleges in architectural matters.
You are also included in the architecture function at the BSF division, working cross areas with other Enterprise Architects. You have a great level of independence in your role and we expect you to act with confidence in your leadership.

Your responsibilities
The job of an Enterprise Architect at H&M comes with a lot of responsibility - and lots of fun.
Your to do-list includes:
• Be part of a Service Area management team and have overall responsibility for the architecture and the solutions that a service area delivers
• Develop a target architecture and road-map for the area together with business stakeholders
• Work closely with ongoing projects to ensure adherence to the target picture, IT guidelines and future business processes
• Drive cross-functional architecture initiatives
• Understand and analyze the business demands and how they can be implemented in the system landscape
• Participate in division architecture forums
• Close cooperation with other architects and IT-roles
• External research concerning your area

And your skills include:
• At least 5 years work experience within business and solution architecture
• Broad IT background and experience from working with IT services and preferably purchased IT solutions
• Excellent communication skills and able to adapt to different IT- and business stakeholders
• Leadership qualities and ability to build good working relationships
• Have the ability and interest to discuss and drive architectural issues on both enterprise and solution level with the big picture in mind and an eye for details
• Good at expressing yourself verbally and in writing in both Swedish and English
It is an advantage if you have experience from Retail and/or:
• Financial and accounting processes
• HR and workforce management
• SAP
• Content Management Systems and Web
This is a fulltime position based in Marievik, Stockholm.
The IT department is an important part of the company's business and carries out operations, software development and maintenance of the company's systems and business applications. Our goal is to supply as cost efficient IT solutions as possible in order to offer our customers "Fashion and quality at the best price in a sustainable way". The IT-department is located in Stockholm and Borås and conducts business virtually all over the globe. The H&M group includes in addition to H&M the brands H&M Home, COS, & Other Stories, Monki, Weekday, Cheap Monday and ARKET. As an IT-department, we work with all brands.
