The IT division Sales Online & Marketing supports all brands within H&M Group in their successful work of driving towards an increased online expansion, a best-in-class online shopping experience and a relevant customer centric marketing across all channels and touchpoints.

As Enterprise Architect, you will daily lead the Architects within the division. You will manage the overall architecture of projects and programs, in tight collaboration with other Enterprise Architects to support a state of the art seamless customer experience. You are also working in a team with the Central Enterprise Architecture to collaborate in securing the overall target picture.

Your responsibilities

The job of an Enterprise Architect at H&M comes with a lot of responsibility - and lots of fun.

Your to do-list includes:

Responsible for understanding the digital business strategy for IT division Sales Online & Marketing. Articulate the overall architectural direction for the area regarding processes, information and capabilities
Define and continuously develop an architectural direction, reference architecture and roadmap in line with changing business needs and volumes
Define and follow up on activities for the architectural direction
Ensure the scalability of our digital platform to handle the forecasted growth
Lead and support Area- and Solution Architects
Responsible for the collaboration with other divisions work in order to reach the overall target
Participate in investigating the business' need
Global monitoring of Enterprise Architecture, ways of working and IT-solutions

And your skills include:

At least 10 years of experience within IT
5 years of experience in a relevant Enterprise Architect role
Proven track record of leading and coaching others in an Enterprise Architect role through a visionary way of thinking
Experience from working with architectural design in a large complex global organization
Ability to easily switch between operational, tactical, and strategic issues, as well as move between details and holistic views
Ability to analyze high level requirements and the needs for business-critical systems in alignment with business strategies
Ability to translate business visions into roadmaps and viable solutions
Ability to set targets and leading others to accomplice them
Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
It's an advantage if you have previous experience from working with digital transformation
It's an advantage if you have precious experience working with SAP
Previous experience from the retail industry is considered a merit
