To succeed in this, we need the cleverest and most ambitious people on board. We're currently seeking a English speaking advisor for our Customer Service team. Your mission is to give our customers great service by answering their questions over phone and e-mail.
As a Customer Service Advisor for United Kingdom you will provide our UK customers with extraordinary service by answering their questions over phone and e-mail. We strive to give our customer world-class service and to exceed their expectations. You will play a central role in Klarna's success and your work will have a direct impact on our customer satisfaction. You will also be involved in different projects regarding routines and processes.

You are driven and outgoing and you enjoy being part of a fast-paced organization where only change is constant. You like challenges and are not afraid to question the status quo. We expect you to be fluent in English, any other language skills is an advantage. Preferably you have great knowledge about the UK market and first hand experience of customer care in the UK.
