You will take care of the performance and wellbeing of the team members, keeping them aligned and giving them sufficient autonomy to do their work. You will make sure that the products and/or services are delivered with the expected level of quality, fulfilling the expectations created in the amount of time agreed with stakeholders.
Your work duties will include
Hiring appropriate engineers for this team
Ensure the Stockholm office's test software stack is operational, i.e. make sure that operators can use our tools to operate.
Implement tools and automation for the various crafts in the project. This includes mechanical design automation and manufacturing automation
Record and present historical data about testing, manufacturing and bot design properties
Ensure that we persist as much data as possible about our manufacturing process and present it in a way that's accessible to relevant stakeholders.
