hela Sverige Visa alla jobb hos SenseAir AB i Hudiksvall SenseAir is looking for an Engineering Project Leader to manage, organize and lead our projects from Marketing input to first customer ship. The roles and responsibilities are outlined below, along with the work experience requirements.
Project Control
• Create and manage overall schedules for large scale product development. Led teams to achieving project milestones on-time.
• Ensure the projects progress through the Product Development Process on-time.
• Ensure project meets internal and customer expectations with respect to functionality, quality, and delivery time.
• Ensure all documents are finalized and checked into their respective locations.
• Work with the teams to determine risks and mitigations for each project. Escalate these issues when necessary to ensure minimal impact to quality, budget, and timeline.
• Manage the project as an engineering project leader who also coordinates development and release tasks with Marketing, Production, Finance, Purchasing and Management.
Communication
• Communicate progress, milestones, risks, timelines, and other key project metrics to team members and management.
• Hold project team meetings so that all team members contribute and that the overall progress is known to all.
• Create effective weekly reports of project status. A monthly status report will be expected to be give to the management team.
Resource Management
• Ensure product release priority is maintained and create alert systems if there is urgency in the projects which affect release priority.
• Work with Engineering managers to identify and schedule resources for projects. Help ensure minimal scheduling conflict in resource management.
• Work with external contractors and consultants in addition to internal resources to achieve milestones.
Ensure expectations and deliverables are clearly defined.
• Work with each team member to define their schedule for their particular tasks.
Project Accounting
• Understands basic revenue models, profit and loss, and costs within projects, and makes decisions to optimize cost benefits.
• Work with purchasing and production in a timely manner to ensure cost effective when ordering protos, creating pilot runs in production and releasing to production.
Requirements for Applicant:
• A university engineering degree.
• Eight to ten years of experience in a senior leadership position.
• Demonstrated experience in leading and managing complex projects.
• Good interpersonal, communication, leadership and presentation skills.
• Good problem solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
• Good computer skills.
• Lean Project management preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills with demonstrated ability to execute projects on time and on budget.
• Positive person who enjoys challenges and achieving complex goals.
