This unique opportunity involves guiding a group of talented back and frontend engineers as they innovate and elevate the Lendo product specifically tailored for Sweden. Join us, and be part of our exceptional technology teams as we craft ingenious solutions in empowering customers, innovatively work with bank partners and embarking on an exciting journey to scale these solutions.
Your leadership will play a crucial role in shaping the future of these technology teams, but also the different management teams.
As an Engineering Manager in Lendo Tech Sweden, you will;
-
be collaborating with the team's engineers to guide them forward and help remove obstacles in their work
-
be responsible for two cross-functional and self-propelled teams
-
work closely with your product manager colleague(s), so that you together have a clear understanding and vision for your team(s)

motivate, inspire and engage the people to work towards the same objectives and towards empowerment
-
coach and mentor individuals to growth, through frequent 1:1 meetings, development talks and daily work of course
-
drive some tech initiatives as well as some minor projects
-
help teams and individuals with bigger obstacles and support them to implement changes in their way of working to get more efficient

support teams in achieving both their and the company's objectives and key results

be reporting and closely collaborating with the Head of Development Sweden
