We are an engineering and product company at the core and are now looking for an Engineering Manager to take Engineering to the next level.
What you will be doing
As an Engineering Manager at Anyfin you will be responsible for creating highly efficient, engaged and happy teams. Your role involves making sure your teams create and operate the best products with high quality, helping our customers to improve their financial wellbeing. To summarize:
You will ensure the overall delivery and quality of the products developed by one or multiple teams assigned to you
You collaborate closely with product management to ensure we are focusing on the right product and technological opportunities
Coach, hire, onboard and mentor engineers, making them learn and grow as professionals
Drive change, juggle priorities and provide great leadership to foster a highly innovate and fast-paced environment
Who you are
A great engineering leader who likes to do hands-on technical leadership when and where needed. Then of course you're a great cultural fit, change oriented and nice to be around etcetera, but that we can discuss further when we meet you!
Our tech stack is mainly based on fullstack JavaScript with a focus on Node, React and TypeScript.
