As the Engineering Manager within System Development, you'll reshape our development processes with agility and precision. With servant leadership at your core, you'll embed agile methodologies into our operations while fostering the growth and development of your team members.
Overseeing key phases of the development lifecycle, you'll be passionate about continuous improvement and evolving best practices. You'll ensure every individual thrives in a clear, motivated, and empowered environment.
Your role will be integral in fostering collaboration across product management, tech leads, and other cross-functional teams. By anticipating your team's needs and ensuring we're well-equipped, you'll drive us to exceed expectations. Keeping stakeholders informed, you'll align your team's efforts with business objectives. Key Responsibilities:

Team Development: Oversee the professional development of team members, from recruitment to mentorship and beyond.

Collaboration: Facilitate synergy among our diverse technical departments, including close collaboration with the security team to ensure our tech solutions are not only innovative but also safeguarded at the highest standards.

Stakeholder Communication: Provide comprehensive updates to key stakeholders, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Resource Management: Ensure your team is equipped with the necessary tools and training, aligning with both current requirements and future visions.
About you
We're seeking someone who seamlessly blends technical expertise with exceptional interpersonal skills. You're a perfect fit if you:
• Have broad technical understanding and a quality mindset.
• Exhibit excellent communication skills and have the ability to network effortlessly.
• Have extensive knowledge in Agile methodology.
• Take initiative and see your actions through to completion.
• Aim to bridge the gap between business and technology, understanding how their interplay results in outstanding products for customers that also drive business growth.
• Possess an academic degree in engineering or a related field.
• Bring 5+ years of experience in software development with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role.
• Are fluent in English.
