Who are you?
• Hands-on experience leading engineering teams. You have a track record of building and developing high performance teams. You have a track record of hiring, developing and exciting individuals.
• Experience of and comfortable with leading technical change and evolving a platform to the next level in terms architecture, refactoring, testing, quality, and performance.
• Solid software development background and likely a degree in computer science. While we don't expect you to have time to write a lot of code in this role, you are a confident programmer and software architect.
• Strong drive and energy, and desire to run a startup. You will work side-by-side with our technical CTO and share the team's full passion for building a great company out of nothing.

Centra (

We offer an advanced centralized view on Customer, Product and Order data along with Backend and Storefront Rest APIs allowing customers to integrate the Centra transaction engine into any frontend technology. For many customers, Centra also acts as a combined ERP (supply chain) and ecommerce platform. We daily challenge ourselves to keep a visionary approach in our work.
