Job Description
As an Engineering Manager - SAP Functions at H&M Group, you will be responsible for leading a team of up to 13 application engineers distributed to different delivery teams in our Center of Excellence. Your primary focus will be ensuring that the product teams have the right competencies by strategically managing resources. This role requires a genuine interest in the development and growth of individuals, providing vision, security, and clarity on their journey. You will navigate multiple stakeholders' demands, handle pressure, and translate long-term goals into actionable strategies, leveraging your ability to zoom in and out of the big picture.

Qualifications
Previous managerial experience: Proven experience as a manager is preferred, as we seek someone who can step into the role and lead effectively from day one.
Experience in setting and handling resource allocation budgets.
Ability to coach others in a way that enables them to grow professionally and to increase their performance.
Prior experience in working with SAP Functions
Curiosity: We believe you are a driven individual, always eager to learn and expand your knowledge
Knowledge of a large enterprise: Familiarity with big enterprise environments, ideally from a similar industry with complex backend systems, will be advantageous.
