hela Sverige Engineering & Supply, Tumba - Food & Life Science is responsible for engineering and delivery of highly qualified separator and process systems to food, life science and bewerages Industries.
The position further includes a Product Manager role for high speed separators for food, life science and bewerage within the global E&S organisation. You will be part of Global E&S PFL management team.Responsibilities:As Engineering Manager for Food & Life science, you will lead a team of 10-15 skilled Project Manager/Engineers. You will take resposibility for the projects from bid phase to final delivery. You will work in close collaboration with the corresponding Life Science market segment.Main tasks will be to: * Inspire and lead the team* Overall responsibility for the quality and financial result of projects* Responsible for seamless communication within the organization and with customers * Planning of resources* Keep up the excellence in projects handling as per E&S defined project structure* Responsible for planing of resources based on business demands * Act as Point of Entry for quotation work and contracts * Organisations.Qualifications:You hold a degree in Engineering at university level and have minimum 5 years experience of project management within the Life Science Industries. You have strong organizational- and problemsolving skills and the ability to work under pressure to balance competing priorities and meet deadlines.You are good at managing inter-personal relationship combining good technical skills with good management skills, problem solving and decision making.
