The Program
At Essity, we see graduates as playing a central role in challenging the status quo, driving change and making a positive impact on the business along with hygiene and health globally. A career in Essity is about being inspired, challenging yourself and others and being motivated to achieve your goals and try new things.
Selected candidates will participate in a two-year Graduate On-boarding (GO!) Program within the Essity organization, starting in the autumn of 2018. The GO! Program provides a real job with a real development plan to give you a strong foundation to drive your development and career within Essity.
The Onboarding Program is based on relevant tasks, clear responsibilities and specific learning goals. This will provide participants with a deep understanding of the Essity global organization, technical knowledge, processes and tools, while simultaneously delivering concrete results to the business.
Focus Areas
We are currently offering graduate positions based out of one our Production sites that will prepare you for a sustainable career in Essity's Product Supply organization. We have opportunities within our Production, Technology and Sourcing departments.
During the 24-month Essity GO! Program you will work with professional production teams, take on your own small group activities and projects, as well as gain a full understanding of the Product Supply business.
The first 6 months, you will have an on-boarding program to develop production skills, absorb our continuous improvement culture and gain knowledge of the product supply business. The following 18 months, you will concentrate on technical development whilst tackling different challenges and driving your own improvement project.
Upon successful completion of the program, you will be qualified for roles within the Manufacturing area.
Your Profile
We find the GO! Program is a great way to start to use those skills you have learned and put them to the test in a real job with real responsibility, while you take the driver's seat in your development.
Work experience is not required, but appropriate internships are an advantage
Having obtained a Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Purchasing / Supply Chain Management or equivalent less than 36 months ago is a prerequisite
Excellent level of English and local language is required
Availability for travelling and relocating may be required
Enthusiastic, passionate and curious person who demonstrate the ability to be team-players who can contribute to our ongoing success
