About the role:
In the role as system engineer on the IBM i platform team your assignments will be varying, challenging, and inspiring. You would be part of a competent team of seven people, working with maintenance, support and management of the platform, always with quality and security focus.
We have agile and modern ways of working and use Jira in our daily work. If you would also be interested in acting as the team scrum master that would be most welcome.
The IBMi team is responsible for overall operations of IBM Power systems and the IBM i operating system. We are continuously developing a modern and secure platform to ensure our customers stay competitive and succeed in the market. The team has full infrastructure responsibility including handling security, log's, MQ integrations, automation, alarms and monitoring, adherence to regulatory frameworks etc.
The position is in Solna, Arenastaden and we have a hybrid workplace where you can choose to work a
couple of days a week either from home or another safe work environment.

As an engineer in this team, you should have the following qualities:
Knowledge and experience of IBM i or similar technology and/or a willingness to learn
Problem-solving skills and ability to take ownership
Ability to analyse, design, develop, test, document and maintain services delivered by the team
Ability to build positive relationships and collaborate within and across functions/organisations
Good communication skills in English and Swedish both written and verbal
Be organised and structured
A plus would be previous Scrum master experience or a willingness to learn
