What You Will Do
The and directs facility and energy projects or studies including complete projects requiring advanced knowledge of a specialized field. Oversees projects, leads facility staff, and coordinates vendors and contractors. Applies complex and expert knowledge of engineering principles and practices within broad assignment areas. Acts as energy champion and work for continuous improvements in that area. Reports directly to SR Facility Manager and acts as representative in designated areas.
Key Responsibilities
Plans and directs facility and security projects or studies including complete projects requiring advanced knowledge of a specialized
Oversees projects, leads engineering staff, and coordinates vendors and
Applies complex and expert knowledge of engineering and facility principles and practices within broad assignment
Monitors safety and environmental operations to meet requirements for the site. Assists in the completion of safety and environmental action plan
Researches and monitors best practices and factors performance metrics and guides members of the facility organization in inventory and cost
Assist to ensure preventive maintenance of building utilities and machinery, manufacturing systems, mechanical and electromechanical equipment, and provides complex laboratory
Administers major facilities and security
Recommends estimates for base design costs including equipment, installation, labor, materials, preparation and other related
Oversees construction and installation and stays up-to-date on established codes, corporate requirements, specifications and
Guides and provides examples, based leadership to facility
Researches energy saving projects, determines payback periods, and manages energy projects to
Responsible for the high level day to day energy
Partner with EHS&S regarding project safety and contractor
Maintain Capital Delivery Process and facilitate its use and continual improvement and benchmarking including CIP
Actively manage, prioritize, and screen project portfolio to meet capital budgets and the needs of the
In co-operation with key figures within facility & security (Facility Manager, HVAC supervisor, Hard services engineer etc.) direct and lead resources in line with strategical
Acts as representative to Facility Manager in assigned projects and day to day tasks both within the facility organization and on site
Required Qualifications
Degree in civil, university engineering or
Several years of experience from the property industry and especially in a project management
Good knowledge of the Office package, software and other technical
Driver's
Speaks and understands both Swedish and English fluently,
