We are looking for a self-driving, engaged and positive person to join our team to be the customer's voice within the Volvo Group Trucks Technology organization, and to set the goals for our new trucks. The position is responsible for End-to-End Functions included in the total responsibility of Cab Engineering. This is a global responsibility, which means work with all different development sites in Sweden, India, USA, Brazil, Japan etc.
The Ergonomic and Driver Interface group is taking customer expectations and breaking them down to measurable requirements.
The main purpose with the E2EF Owner role is to capture the end-user needs and requirements. This means to set up the Functional Requirement Specification and to communicate and handshake it across departments. The E2EF Owner should also secure functional and dysfunctional analysis including ISO 26262 standard. The roll is a center of a network between customer feature owners, system provider, law requirements and developers. You will report status and progress to the Feature Leader, Project Managers and the Group Manager.
Within the group, this position will take the responsibility over E2EF method development and way of working. The expectations are also that this person could grow to lead a team of E2EF Owners and facilitate planning and work load sharing.

Personal Profile
You have a strong customer focus, like to take responsibility and could act we integrity to secure customer quality. As E2EF Owner you could be both a social team member and set up boundaries to secure own working time. It also good if you have analytical skills.
Required Qualifications
• Master's degree or the equivalent combination of education, training and experience with focus on human interactions.
• Experience from working within automotive industry.
• Good documentation and presentation skills.
• Fluent in English and with a good networking ability.
