hela Sverige As a sourcing partner to Atlas Copco/Epiroc we are now able to offer an assignment on Epiroc AB, one of Atlas Copco 's new brands.
The Epiroc business area innovates for sustainable productivity in surface and underground mining, infrastructure, civil works, well drilling and geotechnical applications. Principal product development and manufacturing units are located in Sweden, the United States, Canada, China and India.
About the assignment:
Epiroc are currently undergoing a major project focused on improving and optimizing end user administration and experience regarding ERP systems. Your role as End User Training Manager is an essential part of this project, where you will lead, develop and follow up training initiatives for end users. The assignment will start as soon as possible and is planned to last for a year, but it might be extended further.
Your responsibilities:
* Develop a training strategy for incorporating, executing and evaluating training program related to ERP systems
* Lead and follow up specific process teams, such as marketing, HR and training academy teams
* Manage local training partners and provide them with guidelines, policies and content for training
* Develop and implement a function for securing and validating end user training results
Requirements:
Strong and proven leadership abilities, either from leadership or project management experience. As Epiroc is a multinational company you are expected to be fluent in English, written as well as spoken. For this assignment we put a lot of emphasis on personal characteristics and skills.
About you:
You have a couple of years of experience from project management, or maybe you have experience form other industries of training or education. Communication is one of the skills you value especially high and this will ensure your success in an organization that is undergoing change. Deadlines are seldom missed, and if they are you always make sure to communicate this and provide additional action plans on how you are to minimize the effects. If you have worked with leading organizational training before you will find that this assignment is a good fit for you. And if you also have experience from ERP systems such as M3, this assignment might even be a perfect fit for you.
