hela Sverige We are looking for an Expert Employer Branding to our client based in Solna. You will be hired as a consultant through KIMM/Wise Professionals. The position is fulltime with start in August, lasting till September 2017, with good opportunity of extension. It is required that your application (both CV and personal letter) are written in English, but you have to be fluent in Swedish to be successful in this role.
As the Expert of Employer Branding in Sweden you are responsible for the translation and execution of the client's employer value proposition into a marketing strategy in Sweden and international, both external as internal. You will support the overall objective in strengthening our image and building a reputation for our client as an attractive and relevant employer.
Your responsibilities
• You will strengthen / activate the client's employer brand with innovative targeted marketing in line with our employer value proposition (EVP)
• Build and implement international, regional and local segment marketing plans for the critical target groups
• Responsible for update & improvement of internal and external career websites
• Partner with recruiters and other relevant stakeholders internally as well as externally, to align recruitment needs of the business and develop employer branding activities for the Swedish and international labour market to attract the right candidates for long, mid and short term
• Plan and execute specific actions and activities (e.g. campaigns) to attract and bind different target groups (e.g. students, graduates, (young) professionals)
• Cooperate with Talent Management on measurements of employer branding activities (e.g. metrics, KPI's). Support in related activities of the department (e.g. Diversity and Internal Mobility)
You will be part of the Recruitment team in Sweden, but you will work international with experts within Employer Branding.
Your profile
• Bachelor/Master degree in the area of Marketing and/or extended experience in a senior (online) marketing role.
• Proven skills in project management.
• Fluent in Swedish and English (spoken and written).
• Experience in more than one of the following fields of expertise: Marketing / Communication / Employer Branding.
• Experience in building and successfully executing channel strategies in a recruitment or marketing environment.
• Knowledge of local labour market trends/ requirements and understanding of local drivers
• Team player with very good stakeholder management
