hela Sverige Nasdaq is looking to add an Emergency Management Analyst to the Emergency Response and Operational Compliance team. The role:
The Emergency Management Analyst role will be part of a team responsible for emergency response, business continuity, operational risk and compliance of the exchange operations. . Within your role, you will be focusing on business incident management by supporting the Emergency Response Team. The role also includes working with operational compliance, business continuity and operational risk.
Responsibilities:
Supporting the Emergency Response Team (ERT) organization: ensuring the ERT readiness of functions including planning, maintaining routines, education and exercise coordination.
Implementing new routines due to new legal requirements or procedures
Assist in reviewing and regularly updating relevant Risk Self-Assessment documents
Following up on identified mitigating action in the risk assessments, that they are completed in due time
Take part in Business Continuity Management, including scenario analysis, performing training and exercises on BCP routines and updating BCP documentation.
Ensuring Internal audit remarks are closed within due time
Performing and ensuring reporting to external and internal parties by operations when needed, including audit requests, Due diligence and regulatory reporting
Driving and managing operational resiliency enhancement projects
Bachelor's degree in IT, technology, business administration or other related fields
High interest in IT, compliance, incident management and business continuity.
3-5 years of experience of IT- or business operations within a bank or a financial institution
Knowledge of or experience in working with financial markets
Ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders and work in partnership with IT staff, business operations, compliance officers and legal department
Special Qualifications: Knowledge of compliance rules and regulations in financial area, would be a plus
Fluent English language skills both written and spoken, Swedish language is a merit.
