hela Sverige We are looking for an additional strategic and creative member for our Professional Services team in Malmö. You will be responsible for project management on a strategic and technical level for some of our biggest Nordic customers globally. For the right person this is an inspiring and challenging function working closely with the Account Director and wider Professional Services team in a growing industry.
Your role:
You are able to find innovative solutions in our APSIS Pro software platform, based on our clients' challenges and requests. You will be responsible for long and short term email marketing projects for a few dedicated clients, and act as their external resource and expert in the field. All clients have different needs and it is important that you are able to analyze and take initiative to help them optimize their work and secure ROI.
Skills and passion:
You are the right candidate for us if you are passionate about marketing and digital communication as well as having a focus on customer satisfaction. You will work in strong partnership with the Account Director for these flagship clients, having a significant customer facing role in delivering to the client and their partners. You are ready for sudden shifts in focus, work assignments and don't fear new waters. You are humble and dedicated towards your tasks and skills, show integrity as well as a strong ownership towards your team and clients. You are well disciplined, self-going and structured.
Other skills:
Consulting or project management background, with at least 3 years of working experience - preferably from the marketing/software industry
Broader Digital Marketing knowledge, software and/or CRM experience
Ideally, you have an overall technical interest and a good understanding of how to apply client's' requests based on the functionality of the platform
Excellent time management - multitask planning on short and long term assignments
Innovative, creative and positive as well as a natural team player
Willing to travel and at times manage heavy workload
Excellent writing and communications skills in English and one of the Nordic languages
